a) Quote / contact form
When you submit a quote request we collect: your name, phone number, email address, locality, service type, and any message you include. This data is processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to us by email. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps prior to entering a contract (providing you with a quote).
b) Analytics cookies (with consent)
If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site — pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type. Your IP address is anonymised before storage. This data is processed by Google on servers within the EU/EEA.

- Form / quote data: retained for up to 12 months or until the enquiry is fully resolved, whichever is sooner.
- Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default retention setting).
